Sink Waste Combination Overflow Plug with Chain 40mm 1.5" (Round)

Brand new, premium quality sink waste combination plug with round overflow. This stylish combination system arrives pre assembled and ready for a quick and easy install. It is complete with all parts including a round overflow, PVC plug and chrome plated chain. The base also has a brass insert for the securing screw.

Installation (see images for corresponding letters):

1. Check and familiarise yourself with all the components.

2. Take the main body of the waste (F,G,H) to the sink, ensuring washers (E) is in place ready for installation.

3. Locate the overflow body (H) centrally at the rear of the sink overflow hole, ensuring it is flush with the wall of the sink.

4. Keeping this central, take the chrome overflow cover (I) and tighten into the thread, please do not over tighten.

5. To secure to the waste outlet on the sink, place the foam washer (D) onto the sink outlet hole , and place the steel waste grating (C) on top. Locate the waste body (F) on the underside of this hole ensuring the rubber washer (E) is flush with the underside of the sink. Now everything is in place take the screw (B) and tighten. Please do not over tighten.

6. Please check the overflow pipe (G) is not twisted or kinked and both ends are secure.

7. To check all joints fill the sink with water and inspect for any leaks. We advise doing this in stages starting with a small amount of water, before fully filling sink.
