We will accept any items back for a refund if they are returned to us in original, unopened packaging and are in an unused condition within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. All items sold are new & unused unless otherwise stated and should, therefore, be returned in the same saleable condition - complete with original untarnished packaging (boxes and packaging must also be returned in the same saleable unblemished condition). Should your product(s) arrive damaged by the carrier or faulty, we will either issue a replacement or refund your item(s) free of charge for you. Refunds will be made of the purchase price paid if returned within 60 calendar days of receipt.
Returns postage and packaging costs should be met by the buyer unless the item is either damaged or faulty. If goods are damaged or faulty please contact us directly by phone or email for an authorised return code and a pre-paid returns label whereby you will not be charged for postage costs and we will not deduct these costs from your refund. Once we have received your item using the pre-paid returns label a refund will then be given unless a replacement has been issued prior to return.

All goods returned must be arranged prior to sending via email or via phone. This will enable us to assist you more thoroughly with your request and to resolve any issues. Refunds will only be issued if the buyer encloses within the return a copy of the purchase invoice, a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned, order ID number and home address. The refund will be made via the same method used as the original payment.
Each spare part is covered by a comprehensive 6-month warranty and machines are covered by us for 28 days then fall under the statutory manufacturer's guarantee.
All goods are stocked at our UK warehouse and we will fulfill your order quickly and efficiently. Standard fully tracked shipping is free on EVERY UK order and will normally be dispatched using Royal Mail unless stated otherwise. Please note that all orders will be automatically sent to the shipping address that is specified on your order. We charge a flat rate for UK postage for all regions. International shipping costs may vary and can be obtained by selecting your country and retrieving a quote at the checkout stage.

Please select your chosen payment method and currency at checkout. All prices are inclusive of VAT which will be displayed as a separate entry on your order invoice. This will arrive with your delivery and also emailed to you separately. Please note, that once an order is placed and paid for we cannot cancel your shipment.
