Universal Silver Oven Cooker Grill Door Handle Towel Rail (Cut-to-Size)

Not very universal. The fixings provided are too small. The screws provided are too small and do not go through the oven door fully. And they are a special type of screw so it's not a case of finding another one in the house. I did contact customer service to see if they can provide longer screws and was told to send the item back but I have to pay for the postage and there were terms and conditions I had to meet such as the packaging must not be torn too much etc . But the fact of the matter is they sent the incorrect screwss in the first place. I didn't bother spending more money to send it back I just got a handle off a different supplier and it fitted well..

I ordered this as couldn't get a new matching handle for my Range cooker and had broken the existing one. I wasn't expecting much as it was cheap and included free delivery. Came within a couple of days, great quality and looks so good that I will change the remaining handles to match. Would definitely recommend!
