Inaccurate information

The trivet itself is ok but certainly not universal. Make sure you check your hob size, because the information provided in the gallery images is not accurate: the end of the trivet arm designed to sit on the hob is stated to be 10mm, but that is the outside measurement. On the inside, it measures 8mm due to the metal thickness. This should be made clear so the compatibility can be correctly assessed.

I returned my items and asked for a refund, but I had to wait for two weeks and chase the customer care to get my money back. The return postage was not refunded.
I'm very unimpressed.

Helpful for a Mokka Pot

These hob ring inserts feel quite lightweight, but they are very reasonably priced. I bought them for my daughter who has used 2 on her gas rings, they work well and enable her to fit her pot on conveniently. Would purchase again!
