These filters separate microscopic dust particles as small as cigarette smoke - 0.1 microns. It is recommended to change your filters every month for heavy use and every 3-6 months for light use. The handy maintenance brush can be used to release hair, twine, thread from your roller with ease allowing your vacuum to run unhindered.
