Incompatible item, but dealt with quickly.

I bought this for my SWU8P Swan kettle as my kettle was listed as one of the compatible devices for this tap. However, when it arrived, it was clear that this just would not fit. I contacted spares2go and after requesting pictures as proof, they allowed me to do a free return.
