The order arrived in good time. It fitted our Dyson and works as the original did (until the original split after 30 years of use).

Arrived promptly with good communication between ordering and receiving the part. On inspection all was well; however, after fitting it was evident that the replacement was below par with respect to locking into place at the bottom of the DC07. The locking mechanism keeps unclipping from the DC07 when you use the hose extension requiring refitting. I've managed to improve on the retailers fix of a little pad to ensure it doesn't release. Needs redesigning as clip is not effective.

Arrived 1 day late due to a mistake of address but came well packaged & very simple to fit. Best price found, good quality materials & future for purpose!
